SCVNGR is building the next generation mobile payment and merchant loyalty solution. Our platform LevelUp (www.thelevelup.com) is already used by thousands of merchants and hundreds of thousands of users on a daily basis. SCVNGR is funded by Google Ventures, Highland Capital Partners, and Balderton Capital.
- Process bi-weekly payroll as well as all new hire information, tax setup, direct deposit and benefits maintenance.
- Process payroll tax across multiple state filings.
- Perform detailed general ledger reconciliations.
- Work with sales staff to obtain, calculate and process commission on a timely basis.
- Assists Corporate Financial Officers as necessary.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-4 years of payroll experience at a minimum.
- Experience with ADP Software.
- Familiar with Quickbooks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven history of excellent custom service.
