Demand Generation Manager

The Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute a cross-channel B2B marketing strategy enabling the sales team to secure quality leads, wow prospects, and win new clients.  To accomplish this goal, you’ll use a test and learn framework across channels including but not limited to: conferences, webinars, email campaigns, and digital ads. You’ll need to fully understand the merchant experience and the problems, publications and solutions unique to a foodservice merchant.



  • Work with the Director of Marketing and sales leadership to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that acquire and nurture leads full-funnel from capture to sale

  • Provide marketing support for LevelUp’s Enterprise solutions:

    • Communicate with the sales team to keep informed of the wants and needs of the field and the competitive landscape

    • Incorporate existing and new sales lead programs using Salesforce

  • Utilize a test and learn framework to understand what channels drive the highest quality leads

  • Constantly identify new opportunities and tactics to generate more qualified leads

  • Work with the Communications Marketing Manager to create physical and digital marketing materials promoting LevelUp products and features

  • Develop drip campaigns for merchants at varying levels of product familiarity and at different points in the buying journey

  • Track metrics and cost per lead across initiatives, spending efficiently against a ~$300k budget

  • Support sales sponsorship and partnership opportunities


  • 5 years of relevant experience in a B2B marketing role

  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize needs, and manage their own schedule based on deliverables and expectations

  • Experience creating and aligning KPIs to your strategy and goals

  • Proficiency managing simultaneous projects and maintaining up-to-date timelines

  • Demonstrated track record of producing effective materials, including: hand-outs, direct mail, pitch decks, email drip campaigns, and outdoor, print, radio and digital/web advertising

  • BA/S in Business or related field or experience in an acquisition-focused marketing role

  • Excellent presentation, communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing to the restaurant/quick-service industry

  • Tradeshow, event, web or email marketing experience (landing pages, email design)

  • MBA Degree

  • Knowledge and interest in mobile apps and/or payments

  • Experience working in a startup environment
