Client Solutions Manager

Join the LevelUp Team and work alongside other talented, driven individuals to help build the next generation of mobile payments. LevelUp powers the mobile payment, ordering and loyalty apps for leading restaurant brands to help them engage their customers and drive sales.

Summary

The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for helping our clients use the LevelUp platform to it's fullest. LevelUp enables businesses to gather immense data about buying patterns and target promotional campaigns based on that data. The Client Solutions Manager will build scalable programs to help our businesses make the most effective use of this data and will provide one-on-one consultative support through our Account Management team to help top-tier clients analyze their data and launch/track effective campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Grow client utilization of the LevelUp platform by identifying opportunities for campaign and feature use, ideating on new product use-cases and fulfilling client requests

  • Manage LevelUp’s CRM, using automated email campaigns to expand feature usage from our existing merchant base

  • Consult with account managers and their clients to help them get the most from the LevelUp platform

  • Become an expert on both the LevelUp platform and the developer community that integrates into our platform

  • Suggest new tools and methods for helping clients get the most out of our platform

  • Use SQL and BI tools to understand system performance and implement merchant  campaigns

  • Work with LevelUp analysts to provide accurate, real-time reports on promotion success

 

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years in an account management or client solutions role

  • Problem solving background

  • Ability to dive-deep within multiple platforms, tools and services (if you’re a lifehacker, this job is for you)

  • Strong competence in analyzing data and turning it into a communicable value proposition

  • BA/BS in Marketing or a related field

Bonus Points

  • Experience in the restaurant industry in a marketing or business consultative role

  • Product management experience

  • SQL experience
