The Organization:

Continuing along its highly successful growth trajectory, SFFedCU is seeking Call Center Representatives. These position are located at the corporate office location at 770 Golden Gate Ave. in San Francisco.

 The Position:

The Call Center Representatives provide quality service to members by answering incoming telephone calls and conducting outbound calls. Our Call Center Representatives efficiently prepare and process all member requests, including withdrawals, consumer loan payments, cash advances, transfers, account updates and loan applications.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal individuals are member service driven and well versed in a call center environment.   Spanish speaking candidates are a definite plus for the membership!
