Job Title: TAC Administrator

Reports To: TAC Manger of Parts, Services and Assembly

Job Location: Waverly, Ohio

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

                                                                                                                                               

JOB SUMMARY 
The responsibility for the administrator will be having a understanding of the systematical needs for parts, services and assembly on a daily basis. This would include daily task of shipping, receiving, warranty claims, parts searching, and understanding the processes for each task. This is a multiple system position to build the future of the RK Tractor Brand.  


JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provides outstanding customer service in terms of accuracy, timeliness and responsiveness 
  • Confirms inventory is shipped and received appropriately and efficiently
  • Completes warranties claims daily with proper documentation and accurate information on each case that is filed
  • Recommends alternatives for work methods, procedures and controls to achieve accurate and timely movement and processing of product
  • Responsible for compliance in process and procedure for all operational practices relating to all inventory including by-weekly cycle counts
  • Responsible for using desktop terminals, RF scan guns, and all Microsoft functions to be able to identify, resolve and communicate all system \ inventory issue
  • Gain solid understanding of the business process, workflows, and data requirements for each application
  • May be required to cross train and perform other duties

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Ability to access and use the in-store computer, scanning system, and wireless handheld unit 
  • Ability to complete computer-based training 
  • Ability to us a WMS, Salesforce and TYM systems for warranty, parts search and OWR
  • Flexibility with hours: ability to work varied hours, days, night, and weekends as business dictates
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.

  • None

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Good visual acuity and close vision for computer work
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to use a ladder and/or pallet jack
  • Repetitive wrist movements on keyboard
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times per day
  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively and professionally with all audiences (in-person or via handheld transceiver)
