JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of the Replenishment Specialist is to drive sales through optimization of replenishment and allocations programs within scope of financial plans.

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Review, analyze and execute weekly replenishment orders to support 115+ stores
  • Responsible for determining store allocation for import and domestic product
  • Monitor Purchase Orders and Special Orders for on-time shipping and fulfillment percentage
  • Key initial orders for seasonal and/or basic programs
  • Place, track, and adjust all new store orders
  • Analyze sales and inventory performance of your product category
  • Set up and maintain item information in Eagle/ERP System
  • Assist in the product selection and minimum presentation stock level
  • Drive clear communication with strategic partners both inside and outside the organization
  • Assist Category Managers in vendor meetings and the Line Review process
  • Participate in store travel to review stock performance on planogram, off planogram, and stockroom
  • May be required to cross train and perform other duties

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of retails experience or comparable experience
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Demonstrates strong listening, written, and oral communication skills
  • Able to independently organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
  • Ability to participate in our online applicant and new hire onboarding process remotely
  • Ability to complete computer-based training
