Job Title: Financial Intern (Summer)

Reports To: VP of Finance

Job Location: Headquarters, Mattoon, IL

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt



We are looking to hire an intern for our Finance department. Our interns will work on assignments that will be challenging and rewarding to gain hands-on experience.


  • Develop a sound knowledge of commonly used concepts, approaches, and procedures within the Finance department
  • Assist with identifying performance improvement opportunities
  • Develop, prepare, and present specialized reports, analysis, and financial models
  • Analyze financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations for decision-making purposes
  • May be required to cross train and perform other duties


  • Must be a current undergraduate student in their junior or senior year, enrolled in a graduate program or recently graduated within the past year
  • Enrolled in a Finance/Accounting
  • Minimum overall GPA of 2.75
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
