Job Title:                           Financial Analyst & Wealth Administrator

Job Location:                    Store Support Center, Mattoon, IL

FLSA Status:                      Salaried Exempt



Financial Analyst & Wealth Administrator is responsible for managing financial data, asset condition, preparing and finalizing financial reporting for various entities, and providing oversight of asset performance.



  • Responsible for monthly account analysis and preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Administer Estate Planning duties
  • Oversee agricultural assets
  • Communicate with tax professionals and prepare tax estimates
  • Prepare and establish corporate registration and filings
  • Responsible for Real Estate Tax payment & appeal
  • Prepare data and process for auditing
  • Oversee agricultural assets
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statement for various entities
  • Provide support to the family accounts related to farmland and real estate management
  • May be required to cross train and perform other duties


  • At least 4 years of finance or wealth administration experience OR equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Ability to participate in our online applicant and new hire onboarding process remotely
  • Ability to complete computer-based training
