Job Title:                              ERP Data Coordintor

Job Location:                       Store Support Center, Mattoon, IL

Reports to:                          VP of Process and Efficiencies

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of the ERP Data Coordinator is to take all new data going into the system (item data, vendor data, financial data, and store data) and ensure it is cleansed and complete before being launched into the live system. The Data Governance Specialist is also responsible for taking all existing data and modifying it for use in the new ERP system.

 

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintain and create a well-organized process to keep up fast paced environment
  • Collaborate effectively with all team members to drive Rural King goals
  • Communicate with vendors to align with Rural King data needs
  • Work with cross functional areas such as eCommerce, warehousing, purchasing, accounting, and operations to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data
  • Responsible for setting up product with vendors into Rural Kings data guidelines
  • Responsible for learning, using, and maintaining internal retail software systems
  • Responsible for extracting, cleaning, and organizing current data into new structure and guidelines
  • May be required to cross train and perform other duties

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of retail or product experience
  • Must have advanced attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Organized and efficient to keep up with a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for dealing cross functionally with peers and senior management
  • Must have expert knowledge with MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to participate in our online applicant and new hire onboarding process remotely
  • Ability to complete computer-based training
