Job Title: ERP Data Analyst

Job Location: Store Support Center, Mattoon, IL

Reports to: Development Project Manager

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

                                                                                                                                    

JOB SUMMARY

The ERP Data Analyst is responsible for daily analysis of data extracted from multiple systems to validate, track down, or identify potential problems that exist.  Once problems or discrepancies are identified between the systems, this individual will get specific details, find the origins, and create solutions to rectify the problems.

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Create, design, and modify reports extracted from multiple systems, to include (but not limited to) ERP, Intranet, WMS, and HRIS.

  • Extract, modify, and manage data originating from the Oracle ERP system.

  • Innovate new reporting based on business needs and drive efficiencies resulting in cost savings.

  • Collaborate across department and contribute to documentation for systems, web applications, and databases.

  • Gather raw data and make it presentable, usable, and functional.

  • Use general office equipment.

  • Frequently operate keyboard to enter in information.

  • Sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.

  • Verbally communicate effectively with others (in-person and via electronic devices).

  • May be required to cross train and perform other duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience.

  • Experience and proficiency with Oracle data extraction and manipulation.

  • Experience or understanding of API's, including working with JSON and SOAP requests.

  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and come up with creative ideas to support the business and drive efficiencies resulting in cost savings.

  • Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently.
