We are looking for an experienced operations and data-focussed person to join our Operations and Data team based in our brand new offices on Old Street

Overseeing a team of 2 you will be responsible for day to day work flow management and quality control of the Reporting Delivery and Client Services team.   Supporting fintech solutions you’ll need to be extremely confident working in a technical environment as well as being highly process oriented.  We work with a number of major clients to provide money solutions to their customers including Confused.com, Compare the Market, as well as portals such as Yahoo and AOL, along with our own site lovemoney.com.

You’ll be best suited to this position if you have a background in administration / support team management.  You’ll be used to working in fast paced environments and be able to deal with demanding stakeholders. 

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of the Reporting Delivery Team
  • Client, Reconciliation and Reporting data assessments, audits and checking
  • Utilities reconciliation and batch data file support
  • Dealing with escalation and resolution of both client and customer issues including customer complaints
  • Process issue identification, reporting and resolution
  • Systems testing and feedback
  • Process change documentation

Core skills & qualities:

  • Previous experience managing an admin support team
  • Previous experience working in financial services is a bonus
  • Previous experience working in a digital environment with digital products
  • Passionate about getting things done
  • Highly organised with an unforgiving eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
