Job Description


Reporting Administrator

We are looking for a Reporting Administrator to provide day to day support across reporting for the business and for our clients. The duties of the role include generating and distributing reports internally and externally on the agreed frequency while also ensuring that all data required for internal and client reporting is available and entered on time before being submitted to finance for invoicing.  


  • Run daily MI reports for partners

  • Chase providers for Product sales reports

  • Process reports and split out partner revenue

  • Enter data into an internal database

  • Maintain utility Masterfile containing outcomes for individual energy switch statuses

  • Chase utility providers for missing switch outcomes



  • Strong MS Excel; vlookup, pivot tables, charts and other reporting functions 

  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail

  • SQL; not necessary but beneficial to have

  • Omniture reporting suite; not necessary but beneficial to have

  • Power BI; not necessary but beneficial to have
