Email Marketing Manager

Job Description:
The Email Marketing Manager role at RPM Advertising is a client facing position that involves project managing approximately 20 – 40 e-blasts per month for casino clients that advertise variable offers weekly to their loyalty database. This is a full-time position that works remotely, works 9a – 5p CST hours, and reports to RPM’s Vice President, Account Director. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Organizing and sorting spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel that contain player loyalty data and variable offers.
· Overseeing the creative development of weekly email blasts by working closely with RPM’s Web Development Team. Includes working closely with RPM’s Creative Team to ensure correct creative messaging, imagery and offers are included in each email blast.
· Managing email lists and uploading to MailChimp to maintain an email blast deployment schedule
· Attending weekly client project status calls and scheduling additional meetings with client and Account Team as necessary.
· Working with RPM’s Advertising Operations Team to track, measure and report on results of each email blast campaign (i.e. open rate, clicks, redemptions, etc.).
· Provides insights and recommendations to optimize future email blast campaigns and regularly shares results with the Casino Client Marketing Department.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or closely related field is required.
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; proficient in other role-related tools, software, technologies, and applications such as Mailchimp.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in complex data analysis for targeted marketing campaigns.
· Experience working in a team environment with ability to work independently and as a team player.

- Commitment to continuously improving processes and systems to efficiently accomplish tasks and goals.
- Experience working with or for a Casino and/or Advertising Agency is a plus but not required.
