RPM Advertising is seeking an eager and enthusiastic Account Coordinator with a diverse skill set to join our growing team. The right candidate will have 0-2 years and will provide support to the Account Management and Media Services team.  Prior media experience a plus.  Recent college grads are encouraged to apply!

The right person for this role should be eager to work in a collaborative environment but have the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned accounts/responsibilities. This person is highly organized and possesses strong analytical and organizational skills.

A demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment will be required.

Key Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administration and assistance to Account and Media teams
  • Establish and manage project timelines and budgets
  • Assist in developing creative briefs and work with creative team to execute advertising
  • Develop agendas, conference reports, status reports, proposals, correspondence and all materials relating to projects
  • Assist media planners/buyers in developing objectives and strategies to meet marketing objectives
  • Create strategic marketing plans that meet unique client goals and craft media recommendations and POVs to clients
  • Responsible for regular buy maintenance for Broadcast, Video, Audio and Digital schedules. Duties include sending orders, confirming schedules, inputting under delivery and maintaining client, spot trafficking and media vendor relations
  • Optimize effectiveness of media schedules by tracking buy details including guideline compliance, discrepancy management, in-flight verification of spots and program changes for on-air buys. Meet stringent deadlines for placement and stewardship of buys to ensure timely reporting to the client
  • Work with our in-house trading desk and Ad Ops department
  • Maintain and monitor client budgets

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree; with 0-2 years experience
  • Have general knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of advertising
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
