Freelance and F/T Graphic Designers

Roundhouse is a creative company in Portland, OR. We put our hearts into delivering campaigns, content, environments and experiences that transform the way people connect with brands and one another.

Our desire is to start conversations and realize ideas through branding & design, advertising, retail & environmental design, experiential, digital & social, and production studio services that deliver solutions for the brands we love to work with. Our clients’ brands include apparel and footwear, gaming, outdoor products, CPG and technology products.

We are seeking both Full Time and Freelance Art Directors, 3D Designers, Graphic Designers and Motion Designers. Remote candidates who can work west coast hours are encouraged to apply. Freelance roles are project-based and may last weeks or months. (Full-time positions will eventually require being based in Portland, OR.)

Because our work lives across social, digital, retail and physical environments, we are also seeking people who can work in these mediums (or specialize in one or more area). We are particularly interested in people who possess interest and experience in designing for outdoor, team sports and youth/popular culture brands, or have previously worked in an agency setting.

Graphic Designers

Graphic designers create visual concepts with guidance from the Art Director, which translate the client’s design needs into executable solutions. The final product may be a toolkit, retail window, social posting or any arena in which our client’s products appear.

We’re looking for your expertise in traditional design with a focus on creative composition in Photoshop and one or more of the following: experiential, retail, social, and digital. We’re especially interested in digital designers who are connected and active on Tiktok, Snapchat and have their finger on the pulse of the social world.


  • Strong portfolio that shows your passion for design and your mastery of visual communication including adaptable skills across media platforms
  • At least 3 years of design experience with consumer brands, preferably at an agency.
  • Experience in the world of content creation
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite products. Bonus points for experience designing for social channels
