Job Type: Full-time

Job Duties:

- Supervise Patient Care Associate team ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, rules and guidelines and policies and procedures.

- Proactively work with team members to develop communication and customer service skills

- Communicate to the Manager to assist with the progress of team members.

- Demonstrate the ability to provide a strong and positive team environment

- Ensure that we provide a HIGH LEVEL of Customer Experience

- Improve Customer Service procedures, policies and standards.

- Monitor and Maintain Individual Call Counts, Contact Percentage and other metric driven KPIs.

- Ensure Follow Ups with Customers are being done promptly and in a timely manner.

- Set Up Department Meetings for ongoing training and development, as well as One on One Coaching with individuals.

- Establish Reports to track progress within the department. In addition, to being able to spot inconsistencies within the Department.

- Establish and Track Interdepartmental Communications.

- Assign and Track Special Projects to Employees

- Develop ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services

- Other Duties as assigned

- Experience:  Computer skills, EMR, Mobile phone troubleshooting and the ability to multi task simultaneously

Preferred:  Bilingual
