This position will be located at our RJG Technologies Latin America facility in Chihuahua Mexico and will support our customers in Latin America.  

Responsibilities:

A full-time Customer Support Representative position is available with RJG Technologies Latin America.  This position will provide training and implementation support via telephone, online and face to face.  This position will partner with a regional team in supporting RJG existing customers to most efficiently address the customer’s needs.

  • Bachelor degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or equivalent professional experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Experience in Injection Molding
  • Experience in Mold print reading, CAD 3D software.
  • Knowledge in Computer system and computer networking.
  • Experience in Molding machines Electrical Controls.
  • Experience in E-Dart process monitor system and mold cavity sensors (desirable)
  • Strong organizational skills a must with the ability to multi-task and prioritize those tasks to maximize results
  • Must be willing to travel to customer locations and occasionally to our corporate location in Traverse City, Michigan USA 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal communication skills - Must be a good listener

  • Ability to present to a group

  • Eager to train people and share knowledge in the use of our systems

  • Able to create agendas and lead meetings

  • Good follow up habits

  • Excellent written communication skills – typing speed/accuracy/grammar/spelling/punctuation

  • Able to self-manage time and priorities

  • Professional, honest and tactful

  • A team player

  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects

  • Ability to adapt and is a problem solver who can provide out of the box solutions for the customer

  • Must be humble, hungry and smart

  • Detailed knowledge of all RJG products and services is a plus (training available)

  • Strong systematic troubleshooting skills
