The Role:

RIOS is looking for a tech-savvy operations analyst who will work closely with the Business Operations Manager and CEO/CTO to establish efficient business processes around hiring, HR, purchasing, accounting, employee on-boarding, IT, etc. The ideal candidate will analyze inefficiencies in our business operations and architect technology-driven solutions through researching, test-driving, and implementing new software platforms. The ideal candidate may also be required to write backend scripts to enable all our internal software operations to run seamlessly and efficiently. This is an entry-level position.


  • Analyze the company’s internal operations processes and implement tech-driven solutions to make it more efficient
  • Talk to software infrastructure vendors, attend demos, test-drive software platforms and implement solutions
  • Seek  technical support from infrastructure vendors
  • Maintain the company's business operations software infrastructure
  • Conduct training to prepare employees to use new systems
  • Analyze company’s data and prepare reports
  • Help with pressing administrative tasks


  • Be tech-savvy and intuitively know how to navigate IT! (It’s a real deal breaker if you’re not tech-savvy!)
  • Associate’s degree in IT / business operations with at least 2 years of experience or Bachelor's degree holder 
  • Being proficient with modern software platforms (e.g., GSuite Apps, Zoom, Box, Slack, etc.)
  • Familiar with calendar scheduling software (e.g., Mixmax, Calendly, etc.) and able to use those proficiently
  • Familiar with purchasing software (e.g., Procurify)
  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems (e.g., JobScore, Lever, JazzHR, etc.)
  • Be extremely organized and have great attention to details
  • Can hit the ground running right away with very minimal training and supervision (Please note that it’s the candidate who will be required to provide training to the company)
