About the Role:

We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst who will work closely with our marketing team to provide actionable data insights and recommendations to optimize the customer experience, ecommerce conversion rates, marketing campaigns, forecasting, budgeting, and customer retention. The ideal candidate , draw conclusions and deliver actionable insights
 

What you’ll do:


eCommerce Conversion Optimization
Improve purchase conversion rates for users of the RevolutionParts’ webstores.

  • Leverage existing data sources and conduct user research to determine ideal consumer segmentation, needs, and preferences.

  • Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative data analysis of webstore user behaviors, identify trends, and document key findings.

  • Based on data insights provide recommendations for improving purchase conversion rates.

  • Working closely with the UX/UI team establish testing methodologies, define experiments, establish baselines, and conduct usability testing to measure the outcomes of your recommendations.

  • Present findings and document best practices for ongoing reference.

Marketing Campaign Optimization
Improve response rates and return on investment for marketing campaigns.

  • Establish baseline metrics and ensure proper data tracking/measurement across all marketing platforms.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign activities and response rates, provide key insights and recommendations for improvements by target audience, channel, source, and campaign.

  • Prepare ad hoc reporting and conduct research as needed.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

What you need:

  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling, with associated technology applications

  • Experience working cross functionally across the organization

  • Expertise using Google Analytics to measure and analyze conversion funnels, drop-offs, and other key metrics

  • Expertise in Tag Manager

  • Google Sheets and/or Excel guru
