Senior Product Manager

Product Management | Austin, TX | Full Time

Job Description

Revionics is the leading provider of SaaS-based pricing, promotion, markdown and optimization. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to participate in the creation of new products and features from the idea stage to launch. 

  • Operate as the “CEO” of the Universal UI pricing platform experience
  • Learn, know and represent the customer
  • Engage both users and internal teams to build products that fill gaps in the retail technology market
  • Create products that are monetizable and increase customer satisfaction
  • Guide a product team that is charged with a product’s contribution to our business


Who you are:

  • Strong enterprise-class SaaS Senior Product Manager and leader
  • Positive, friendly attitude with genuine empathy for end-users
  • Experience in Design Thinking and it’s techniques
  • Experience leading market research, consumers’ behavior, and marketing techniques
  • Experience creating or managing the creation of user personas and customer journey maps
  • Proven product leadership experience with complex web technologies
  • Knowledge of Jira or equivalent
  • Strong project management and time management
  • Clear and precise communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product management funnel process and gatekeeping. This includes leading and mentoring on:
    • Idea intake, grading, and prioritization
    • Lean Canvas completion for ideas including market snf competitive analysis
    • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
    • Gather and evolve UI, UX, and product requirements via end-user feedback, and prototype development/testing.

  • Support the ongoing improvement of the overall user experience
    • Forge and cultivate cross-functional relationships with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Professional Services
    • Develop and lead a Customer Advisory Board
    • Extensive expertise managing the creation of user personas and create customer journeys (current and future
    • Administer end customer surveys, NPS process, and schedule and organize Customer Advisory group/panel

  • Mentor Product Managers

  • Get Products Delivered
    • Coordinate with the engineering department on the delivery approach of functional solutions
    • Manage the quality assurance controls on products
    • Lead the roadmap development and communication process
    • Lead the go to market process for new products and features
    • Work cross-functionally to ensure internal communication of new products and features
    • Liaise with the Marketing department to ensure proper advertisement, sales sheets, and positioning of new products
    • Ensure the creation of support and training documents/webinars for internal and external users
    • Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching
