Central Europe Strategic Account Executive

Role and Responsibilities:
The UK and Northern Europe Strategic Accounts Executive (AE) has the critical role in delivering signed agreements with targeted retailers in the UK and Nordic countries. The AE is responsible for the acquisition of new clients and the successful generation of contract based fees. As provider of a new technology, Revionics must help educate the market and enable rapid growth. The AE works closely with other Revionics employees and Business Partners to identify and obtain new client contracts. Duties involve all activities related with value-based selling, contacting targeted accounts to identify key decision makers, executing internal approvals, working with partners and presenting contracts agreements to clients. All activities will be logged in the Revionics Customer Relations System (Salesforce.com), which will also be used to track progression towards sales targets. The AE must deliver clients at or above the targeted levels in their region. The AE will prepare and report on progress toward goals. Objectively presenting and troubleshooting accounts or deals with the Sales Manager will be required. This individual will report to the EMEA Vice President.
The AE must have exemplary communication skills in person, on the telephone and in written communications. Regular contact with C-level executives will require succinct and motivating communication. Listening skills are also paramount. The AE must be highly motivated and tenacious in the pursuit of targeted clients. They must be willing and able to manage and overcome customer objections. The AE must be able to create account plans and strategies that produce the desired results. Travel within the territory will be 25-50% of working hours and will require expense management skills.
- Outside sales experience selling advanced technology to retail industry leaders (Super Tier 1 and Tier 1)
- Successful track record in the retail segment
- Must be a successful self contributor with strategic opportunities
Preferred Candidate Attributes:
- Established C-level relationships in the region
- Experience selling Price Optimization, Price Management solutions or any relevant Retail Optimization Solutions
- Successful track record with Software-as-a-Service organizations
- Highly motivated and tenacious in the pursuit of targeted clients
- Fluent in any Scandinavian language
