Role and Responsibilities:

Revionics is seeking a creative, entrepreneurial and energetic Account Development Representative to join our rapidly growing organization and make a huge impact. The Account Development Representative (ADR) resides in the Marketing team and acts as an extension of the Sales organization generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting as well as inbound qualifying. In close collaboration with the Marketing Team and Senior Account Executives (SAEs), the ADR establishes prospecting plans for strategic accounts to uncover new business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone aspiring to become a card carrying field Sales professional.  The Account Development Representative will support Strategic Account Executives by creating new leads and nurturing and managing existing leads through all stages of their funnel development, including pending sales cycles. The ADR will profile and document territory opportunities, as well as key influencers and partners. They will be responsible for setting up appointments with key executives and influencers in target accounts. This ADR position will support various regions across North America.

What’s in Your Toolbox: 

•5 years or more industry experience working in similar role for an enterprise software corporation selling business critical applications
•Demonstrable experience of effective telephone and face to face communication •Work well in a fast-paced team environment
•Exceptional interpersonal, critical thinking and communication skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experience with CRM/Contact Management Systems (preferably
