With a multitude of businesses nationwide seeking our services, achieving this objective demands the expertise of adept business developers and account managers.

We are looking for a new addition to our sales development department with experience in sales and business development. The Business Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth. This position involves coordinating internal resources to maintain and expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product/Service Knowledge:

    • Stay up-to-date with the company's products or services and industry trends.
    • Educate clients on product features and benefits.
  2. Quoting and Pricing:

    • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
    • Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
  4. Client Retention:

    • Develop retention strategies to ensure long-term client loyalty.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address potential issues.
  5. Market Research:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to the company on market developments.
  6. Travel:

    • Travel to attend industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industries.
