We are looking for a new addition to our sales development department with experience in sales and business development. The Business Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth. This position involves coordinating internal resources to maintain and expand the client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Product/Service Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the company's products or services and industry trends.
- Educate clients on product features and benefits.
Quoting and Pricing:
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
Client Retention:
- Develop retention strategies to ensure long-term client loyalty.
- Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address potential issues.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the company on market developments.
Travel:
- Travel to attend industry events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industries.
