With a multitude of businesses nationwide seeking our services, achieving this objective demands the expertise of adept business developers and account managers.

We are seeking a new addition to our account management department with experience in account management. The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering client relationships and driving business growth. This position involves coordinating internal resources to maintain and expand the client base.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
    • Understand the client's business goals, needs, and challenges.
  2. Account Planning:

    • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
    • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose solutions.
  3. Customer Needs Assessment:

    • Conduct in-depth assessments of client needs and expectations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  4. Product/Service Knowledge:

    • Stay up-to-date with the company's products or services and industry trends.
    • Educate clients on product features and benefits.
  5. Quoting and Pricing:

    • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
    • Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  6. Problem Resolution:

    • Address and resolve client concerns, issues, and complaints promptly.
    • Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  7. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
  8. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
    • Prepare regular reports on account performance and forecasts.
  9. Client Retention:

    • Develop retention strategies to ensure long-term client loyalty.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address potential issues.
  10. Market Research:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to the company on market developments.
  11. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to meet client needs effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industries.


Compensation:
