Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our Solutions Sales team. We are looking for a highly motivated performer with ambition, passion, and dynamic sales skills. This individual will sell hospitality specific digital marketing and cloud-software solutions to the top vacation-properties within assigned territory. Help net new & existing clients meet & exceed their business objectives. Drive large-scale deals to close and continue working with client base to develop upsell & cross-sell opportunities.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Discover, develop and manage business relationships with enterprise accounts

  • Own and manage top accounts within assigned territory by identifying key players, generating interest and closing the sale

  • Build a customer portfolio and maintain a high-level of retention

  • Create proposals and present solutions to prospects and clients

  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

  • Source new sales opportunities via outbound emails, phone calls, conferneces and tradeshows

  • Recommend solutions from a complete product portfolio (Guest-Cloud Communication & Hospitality Software, Property Management (PM), Customer Relationship (CRM), Content Management System)

  • Travel (25% - 50%) to meet with clients face-to-face in amazing resort destinations (internationally if necessary)

  • Manage the customer relationship after the sale to ensure successful implementation

  • Work strategically and remote if/when necessary

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of solution sales experience in SaaS/cloud-software. (CRM, ERP, CMS, PMS) is preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing & online advertising sales including targeted display, SEO, SEM, social media, websites, video, mobile, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, email campaigns

  • Hospitality industry experience will help you succeed when selling to a spectrum of hotel, resort, vacation rental, and property management companies

  • Driven, creative problem solver, with a record of success in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment; in building customer-based revenue and in delivering customer solutions based on identified needs

  • Total On-Target Earnings Year 1 - $93,600 - $137,475
