Account Executive (Senior)

Job Description

Reports to: Director of Sales

We are searching for an experienced and energetic Account Executive who is a fast learner, genuinely enjoys speaking on the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team. Generate revenue and develop long-lasting partnerships with independently owned Resorts, Lodges, Hotels, and Vacation Rental Properties for future cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our suite of award-winning marketing, distribution, and technology solutions.

Successful Account Executives:

  • Own the entirety of the sales cycle from lead to customer

  • Demonstrate the value of’s Marketplace distribution channels

  • Successfully devise advertising campaigns that meet client/prospect budget and need

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Uncover problems via effective questioning techniques offering recommendations in a tactful and confident manner

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly goals

  • Want the ability to control their earning potential

  • Build rapport naturally with a range of colleagues and clients due to their inherent 'people skills'

  • Good business acumen and a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company

  • Develop, update and effectively manage a quality pipeline within our CRM

  • Work with internal Marketing and Fulfillment/Media Services teams

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends -- provide feedback to assist our implementation and product development teams

  • Previous knowledge about Digital Media, Advertising, Omnichannel Marketing, and SaaS Software Sales is a plus

  • Sales experience (specifically at a SaaS company) is preferred, but not required

  • 35+ Outbound Calls Per Day

  • 20+ Outbound Emails Per Day

  • Strong computer skills with Email, G-Suite, Internet, and ideally CRM Systems

  • College degree is preferred, but not required

  • The desire to become a successful Account Manager, Outside Sales Representative, Digital Marketing Executive, Solutions Consultant, Sales Leader

Compensation & Incentives:

  • Total On Target Earnings Year 1 - $67,000 - $83,000
