Reputation Strategist

ReputationDefender® provides online reputation and digital privacy solutions for individuals and businesses. We are looking for an entry-level Reputation Strategist. In this role, you will work cross-functionally between departments to coordinate the proper fulfillment of ReputationDefender’s services in accordance with our client’s objectives and the company's best practices.

The Reputation Strategist is a unique position at ReputationDefender that partners with sales through the entire life-cycle of a client and completes tasks and updates across all internal systems. We are seeking a team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. 

COVID-19 Information:

The Reputation Strategist is a full-time role assigned to work in our Tempe, AZ office location. However, ReputationDefender's Tempe office is currently closed due to COVID-19. We will interview, hire, onboard, and train for this position entirely remotely to ensure the safety of our candidates and employees during the coronavirus outbreak. Candidates must be prepared to work remotely from home for the immediate term and must also be willing to work onsite in our Tempe, AZ office once we are able to return safely.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, audit, and execute publishing strategies on ReputationDefender accounts, ensuring proper fulfillment, efficacy, and quality, and complete due diligence tasks to maintain high standards

• Partner with Account Managers to ensure that client expectations are properly set, identify solvable issues, and suggest and implement solutions to fulfillment challenges 

• Build websites via CMS (Wordpress, Wix, etc), publish content, and manage client's social media accounts

• Partner with teams across the organization to ensure proper fulfillment of campaigns

• Monitor and report on error trends across the ReputationDefender fulfillment network

• Provide rapid response to internal inquiries related to client campaigns and fulfillment tasks

• Complete ad-hoc assignments related to client fulfillment as requested

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree, or 1-2 years of work experience in a professional setting

• Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of blogging and social media platforms 

• Basic knowledge of HTML and Markdown language editing

• Strong consulting, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize a large volume of tasks across multiple accounts

• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and work well under pressure

• Ability to consistently deliver results under tight deadlines
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and experience with CMS

• Knowledge of Salesforce.com

Pay & Benefits:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a starting hourly rate of $19.00 - $24.00, depending on experience.
