Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales, the Manager, Inside Sales is a key leadership/management role responsible for the development and business results of a team of quota-carrying Inside Sales Representatives. The right Sales Leader for this position must have the proven ability to increase the productivity of sales representatives through skill development, adherence to activity standards, providing inspiration, rapid conflict resolution and building a highly-empowered, constructive Sales Culture.

The Manager, Inside Sales, is a full-time role assigned to work in our Tempe, AZ office location. However, ReputationDefender's Tempe office is currently closed due to COVID-19. We will interview, hire, onboard, and train for this position entirely remotely to ensure the safety of our candidates and employees during the coronavirus outbreak. Candidates must be prepared to work remotely from home for the immediate term and must also be willing to work onsite in our Tempe, AZ office once we are able to return safely.
Deliver ReputationDefender’s messaging to prospective customers to establish rapport and credibility across all channels
Spend 50% of your time training, coaching, and developing the Inbound Sales team at ReputationDefender
Lead the hiring process to select “A” players for your team that will help you and the company achieve our growth objectives
Participate directly in the sales process to close deals and refine our current sales a playbook
Manage to established KPI's, and provide regular reporting on progress and tracking
Exceed key performance objectives, including sales quota and sales activity targets
Review sales performance of your salespeople and motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements
Effectively manage, update, and report using the company’s CRM system (Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking

Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years’ experience in Inside Sales Management/Leadership in a highly transactional sales environment
5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in solution-selling
Proven track record of managing and directing a highly-skilled, motivated, successful, and results-orientated inside sales team
Have a track record of being an inspiring leader with an inclusive approach who has built followership at all levels across an organization including their peer group and direct report teams
Experience with customer identification, call planning, procurement, and closing
Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication, and Presentation skills
Adept at learning and applying new technologies and solving new problems
Excellent communication skills and poise - both written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong computer skills, including Mac business application, Microsoft Office, and CRM
Performance-driven, helping the team improve through knowledge sharing and feedback
You are a problem solver and will proactively identify and prioritize problems and continually work to get them resolved
You are fun, outgoing, charismatic and have a deep understanding of how people and groups work
Detail-focused with a quantifiable metrics-driven approach
