We are experiencing particularly rapid growth and high demand for our online privacy solutions targeted at large enterprises, who need privacy protection today more than ever to protect themselves and their companies from physical and cyber threats. We are looking for a smart, analytical Sales Manager with experience leading and scaling a sales team in an emerging high-growth market to lead this charge for us in 2021 and beyond.
The Enterprise Sales Manager, Privacy & Security Solutions is an accomplished sales professional with the vision for building and scaling a sales team and the experience for seeing it through to propel ReputationDefender’s growth. As a leader, you will collaborate to develop the sales strategy and drive key growth and new business initiatives to achieve sales objectives. You will manage, hire, train and ramp a team of Mid-Market/Enterprise Account Executives responsible for new and expansion bookings. Partnering closely with the Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing, you will draft the playbook for how we continue to grow revenue in your respective group.
The ideal candidate has opened doors and executed sales cycles within the functions of Information Security, Executive Protection, and/or Risk Management in large enterprises, and has prior experience selling SaaS/IaaS, security products, security/investigative services, ID theft protection, or other similar solutions into these organizations.
Responsibilities
Deliver ReputationDefender’s messaging to companies and prospective customers to establish rapport and credibility across all channels
Aggressively and respectfully prospect, qualify, and develop sales pipeline in vertical-defined territory for Fortune Global 2000 companies
Lead the hiring process to select “A” players for your team that will help you and the company achieve our growth objectives
Participate directly in the sales process to close early deals and develop a repeatable sales playbook
Become a subject matter expert for communicating product updates externally, articulating our value proposition and unique selling points
Establish team measurements, KPI's, and provide regular reporting on progress and tracking
Exceed key performance objectives, including sales quota and sales activity targets
Review sales performance of your salespeople and motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements
Manage the enterprise sales cycle: navigating the buying processes, working with influencers and decision makers, and coordinating internal ReputationDefender resources across functions to achieve results
Effectively manage, update, and report using the company’s CRM system (Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in enterprise sales for technical solutions
5-10 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in technology or solution-selling companies which are focused on cybersecurity, security/investigative services, ID theft protection, or other similar products.
Proven experience selling to CISOs, Executive Protection, HR benefits groups, GC/Chief Privacy Officer or other security-oriented functions in large organizations
Established results in early stage companies or new business lines, driving from concept to execution
Proven track record successfully managing sales cycles from technical and business champions to the C-level decision maker
Proven track record managing and directing a highly skilled and results-orientated outbound sales team
Experience with customer identification, call planning, procurement, and closing
Adept at learning and applying new technologies, strong computer and technology skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
