Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA) to Founder
Executive | Remote in City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality, Western Cape, South Africa | Full Time | From GBP £780 to GBP £1,200 per month
🚀 About Us
We’re an entrepreneurial group working across accounting, recruitment, and AI technology. Our founder, Toby, is building fast-moving international businesses, and this role is about keeping pace — supporting both the founder directly and the wider team as we scale.
This is not a traditional PA/EA role. Yes, you’ll handle diaries, admin, and logistics, but you’ll also roll up your sleeves across sales, marketing, operations, HR, and finance support. Think of it as a blend of Executive Assistant + Team Operations.
🎯 The Role
You’ll be the organiser and problem-solver: protecting the founder’s time, helping the team run smoothly, and jumping in wherever needed. Some days it might be diary management and travel bookings; other days you’ll be coordinating projects, helping with recruitment, or chasing down receipts.
We’re open to candidates at different levels of experience:
Early–mid career (2–4 yrs experience): Eager to learn, ready to grow — we’ll invest in training you up.
More experienced (5+ yrs): Able to hit the ground running, take ownership quickly, and play a bigger role in scaling the business.
🛠Key Responsibilities
Founder Support: Manage diary, inbox, meetings, travel, and occasional personal admin.
Team Support: Keep projects on track, follow up on tasks, and make sure nothing slips.
Sales & Marketing Support: Update records, do research, draft comms, and help with campaigns.
Operations: Spot and fix inefficiencies, keep processes running smoothly.
HR Support: Help with recruitment admin, onboarding new hires, and staff coordination.
Finance Support: Track expenses, manage receipts, handle basic bookkeeping, liaise with accountants.
Flex Role: Step in wherever help is needed — this role is about making sure things get done.
✅ About You
Experience: 2+ years in EA/PA or Operations support roles (startup/entrepreneurial background is a plus).
Based in Cape Town for occasional team meet-ups. If you are relocating, please include this in the application.
Skills:
Strong organiser who likes detail and structure.
Proactive and resourceful — you don’t wait to be told what to do.
Good communicator who can prioritise, push back when needed, and keep things moving.
Comfortable with project management and collaboration tools.
Tech-savvy - we use lots of software & AI in our processes.
Trustworthy and discreet — able to handle sensitive business and personal information.
Confident with numbers and happy to take on basic finance tasks.

🌟 What We Offer
Salary: R18,000 – R28,000/month (depending on experience) + bonus
