Sales Director (Remote option)

What This Role is About

The Sales Director will help to grow our sales culture and drive sales results through leadership, management, and accountability of the sales team. This role will partner with the CEO in ensuring the success of the organizational growth strategy and be the key driver and advocate for execution of that strategy. This could be a Remote position.

  • Develop a predictable end to end sales process for new name customers
  • Create a highly accountable sales team that executes on the sales process and delivers results
  • Support, train, and provide sales team the necessary tools to follow our process
  • Manage the day to day operations of sales to have a high functioning / productive sales team
  • Able to get into the details to identify if there are issues and get in front of them to solve
  • Engage with Sales Reps regularly to review close plans, brainstorm ways to control deals, and conduct regular role play opportunities
  • Lead weekly sales meeting and mentor direct reports through regular one on one meetings
  • Provide in the moment coaching and feedback to drive sales team performance
  • Identify metrics that support sales decisions and insure the sales team understands and is driven by these metrics

  • 6+ years’ experience in sales
  • 2+ years’ experience managing and developing a high performing SaaS sales team
  • Experience and formal training in solutions selling
