Position Mission

You will be part of our demand generation team where you will focus on delivering SALs (sales accepted leads) to our sales team. You will use a combination of techniques to source SALs including cold calling, direct email campaigns and social selling. The SDR will also be responsible for qualifying marketing leads generated from our inbound marketing team.

The SDR position is a critical role in our sales process that provides the individual a unique opportunity to refine their prospecting skills while learning the industry and our product. Remarkable Health is the fastest growing company in our category, so there will be opportunities to grow with the company. The SDR role is structured as a two year program that will position the SDR to graduate into other roles within our Growth Team, including inside and outside sales.

Target Profile

The ideal candidate will be comfortable on the phone, able to quickly build rapport and credibility with prospects. In addition, the candidate will have a curiosity and aptitude to learn the nuances of a given state’s behavioral health environment in order to effectively identify the prospects pain points and value prop our product offering.

Outcomes

  • Outbound phone calls and emails to produce new leads for the business

  • Connecting with prospects on social networks

  • Effectively qualified leads from inbound and outbound efforts

  • Scheduled demos with promising leads

  • Disciplined and well-documented sales process

Experience / Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in the technology sector

  • Excellent writing abilities, interpersonal skills and professional demeanor on the phone

  • Experience maintaining a sales process and properly documenting activity

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
