POSITION/TITLE: IT Administrator


FLSA: Exempt   


Reddwerks develops and sells WMS, WCS, and CCS software for some of the largest users in the world, including four of the top ten retailers in the US, the largest distributor to convenience stores, and one of the largest parcel and logistics companies. Deploying Reddwerks v4.0 starts with our systematic, mathematical, and science-based analysis of customers’ needs, we call “Distribution Science.” Headquartered in Austin, TX, our software has been deployed in more than 60 high-volume distribution centers throughout North America.


Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

  • Manage servers: patching, security and pro-active maintenance
  • Manage network security: firewalls, switches and anti-virus
  • Manage phone system and cell accounts
  • Manage assets: software and hardware
  • Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices, including access and permission rights
  • Maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for network resource administration, appropriate use and disaster recovery
  • Perform server and security audits
  • Perform system backups, testing and recovery
  • Recommend and schedule network upgrades and repairs
  • Keep managers informed of all incidents that are critical in nature
