Job Title: Rep 1 Outbound Telesales (Call Center)
Job Location: 4700 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta GA
Work Hours: 10am - 2:30pm (work 20 -29 hours a week)

· Makes outbound calls to existing customers to sell products such as Xfinity High Speed Internet, Xfinity Voice, and/or Xfinity Video service as well as displays a strong focus on goal achievement and results.
· Keeps up-to-date with industry knowledge, as well as the competitive posture of the Company. Maintains a thorough knowledge of Company products/services.
· Informs customers of new services available.
· Maintains fundamental understanding of competitive environment and positions Comcast products positively to our customers.
· Educates the customer on competitive pricing information and assist the customer comparing and contrasting services.
· Sells the value of our products and services by properly aligning their features, benefits, and price with the needs of our customers.
· Acts as product consultant, explaining product features and benefits and making recommendations based on customer needs/ interests.
· Exercises sound judgment within the scope of their empowerment, and acts in the best interest of both the customer and company.
· Relates well to the customer, demonstrates a favorable image of the Organization through effective use of soft skills (including active listening, problem solving skills and probing techniques), professional communications and internal/ external customer interactions.
· Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work assigned work schedule (AM/PM) and attend all training schedules. **variable schedule(s) and extra hours as necessary.
· Works independently and seeks Supervisor support when necessary.
· Other duties as assigned.
