Commission Sales Representative – Spa, Med Spa, Salon

What you’ll do:
Share the love! Prospect sales opportunities with new spas, salons, and resorts. Build relationships
with managers, buyers, and in-store staff while fostering sales with existing customers. Help them
understand what makes Patchology special, and ultimately, motivate them to buy and/or use our
brand!
We are seeking experienced sales representatives but would also consider entry-level candidates
with some previous sales experience, tons of enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. These are
commission-based positions in multiple territories.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business sales opportunities in spas, salons, and resorts. Retail sales and in-service.
- Grow and support existing customers and sales
- Develop and nurture customer staff relationships, including but not limited to department managers, buyers, front desk teams and general staff.
- Execute new product launches by presenting information to new and existing customers, provide samples and training (onsite or virtually)
- Observe trends and collaborate with Patchology Indie team to create sales programs to maximize them.
Requirements:
- A proactive and optimistic mindset is essential to success.
- Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Love for beauty - beauty junkie, skincare junkie, can’t get enough.
- Love the Patchology brand - use the products, love the products, ‘get’ the brand.
- Love developing relationships - positive, upbeat, everyone’s friend.
- Sales experience in spas, ad salons along with their retail environments OR this is a great opportunity for you to start your career in the beauty industry.
- Goal and detail-oriented, high-energy self-starter with a passion for sales, training and a high sense of mutual success.
- Strong customer service orientation with outstanding relationship building skills.
- Confident, focused individual with presence who is a solution-oriented sales leader and brand ambassador.
- Resolution oriented with problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated, high-energy individual with “can-do” mentality focused on driving projects to completion.
- Understanding of existing customer business development, new business prospecting, and achieving sales goals.
- Strong creative, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and troubleshoot technical issues independently.
* Brandwise experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation:
Commission Based
15% commission for all opening orders and re-orders.
