Must-Have Skills:

1. Java Development

   • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Java development.

2. Splunk Expertise

   • Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with Splunk.

3. ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)Kafka and Logstash

4. Container Log Management

Desired Skills:

1. Team Collaboration

2. Secure Coding Practices

3. Python Programming

4. Statistical Analysis and Machine Learning

Education/Certifications:

1. Required Education:

   • Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines:
     • Computer Science
     • Engineering
     • Information Systems
     • Physics
     • Mathematics

2. Desirable Certification:

   • Splunk Analytics Certification.
