Minimum Requirements:
Experience Requirements
8+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing.
Proficient in Oracle Database architecture, administration, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) configuration and management.
Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and industry best practices.
Expertise in writing complex SQL, PL/SQL procedures, and performance-optimized queries.
Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Data Guard, including high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
Familiarity with cloud-native database services and PaaS offerings.
Proficient in database backup, restore, and recovery operations using RMAN.
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management, including:
Cloud-based data storage options
Cloud security considerations
Best practices for cloud-based application deployments
Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support analytics and reporting.
Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics, particularly in healthcare domains.
Preferred: Experience working in DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines for database changes.
Preferred: Experience transforming monolithic, on-premises data structures into microservice-aligned schemas.
Preferred: Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration strategies.
Preferred: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred: Solid understanding of Information Management principles, IT processes, SDLC, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Preferred: Customer-focused communication across all organizational levels.
Preferred: Proactive leadership style, self-starter attitude, and strong attention to detail (minimum 3 years).
Preferred: Proven experience within an Integrated Eligibility Case Management System.
