CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

Experience Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing.

  • Proficient in Oracle Database architecture, administration, and performance tuning.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) configuration and management.

  • Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and industry best practices.

  • Expertise in writing complex SQL, PL/SQL procedures, and performance-optimized queries.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Data Guard, including high availability and disaster recovery strategies.

  • Familiarity with cloud-native database services and PaaS offerings.

  • Proficient in database backup, restore, and recovery operations using RMAN.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management, including:

    • Cloud-based data storage options

    • Cloud security considerations

    • Best practices for cloud-based application deployments

  • Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support analytics and reporting.

  • Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics, particularly in healthcare domains.

  • Preferred: Experience working in DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines for database changes.

  • Preferred: Experience transforming monolithic, on-premises data structures into microservice-aligned schemas.

  • Preferred: Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration strategies.

  • Preferred: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Preferred: Solid understanding of Information Management principles, IT processes, SDLC, and enterprise architecture frameworks.

  • Preferred: Customer-focused communication across all organizational levels.

  • Preferred: Proactive leadership style, self-starter attitude, and strong attention to detail (minimum 3 years).

  • Preferred: Proven experience within an Integrated Eligibility Case Management System.
