Position Title: Senior Business Analyst

Duration: Long Term

Location: Houston, TX USA - hybrid

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Analytics, Computer Systems, or Information Technology.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in strategic planning or project-based roles.

• Proficient in business case development, process mapping, and requirements management.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in:

  Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools

  Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, financial modeling)

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.

• Skilled in stakeholder management and the ability to influence across all levels.

• Familiar with project management methodologies:

  Agile and Waterfall

  Tools like JIRA and MS Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in public-sector transportation or infrastructure organizations.

• Understanding of tolling operations or transportation management systems

Certifications such as:

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)

• PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)

• Prosci Change Management certification
