JOB DUTIES:
This position will report to the Digital COE Financial Operations Manager. This Digital COE is a newly created organization which supports various business partners and strategic goals. The ideal person will be able to handle multiple things in a variety of capacities such as project management, business and finance operations, and assisting with clearances. You will serve as governance, advisor, and project manager for the evolving Digital COE team in the following areas of project management, business analysis, and finance:
Assist SFP lead with organizational project management work.
Facilitate and advise on all matters concerning Statements of Work (SOW) and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring all needs are covered throughout the Sourcing process. Track and maintain SOW and budgets from different groups.
Assist in creating executive presentations for upper management.
Manage the Digital COE leadership document repository, drives, and touchpoints.
Design and facilitate team culture strategy, including coordinating and facilitating team-wide meetings, such as Town Halls.
Establish processes and reporting to track key team metrics.
Unlock new engagement opportunities through discovery and planning sessions by partnering with stakeholders to bring value across the organization.
Build positive team and client relationships during projects while balancing the needs of the organization with budgetary constraints.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science
Business or Project Management certification such as PMP, Agile, CPA, CMA, LSS, etc.
