As a member of the Radiant Digital Recruiting team, this JR Recruiter will be responsible for the technical and functional recruiting in both the Federal and Commercial Sectors. Requires a tenacious, driven approach with an ability to move quickly to create multiple pipelines of candidates. Must interact well with senior leadership, hiring team, and HR director to determine requirements, advise and consult on status. Source, qualify, and recruit appropriate candidates.
Establish recruiting requirements by understanding business strategy, RFPs, and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Create well written and researched position descriptions/requisitions and subsequently posts to appropriate media.
Jr Recruiters will be required to make at least 40 calls daily and program plan daily and interview at least seven people a week and will evaluate applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Utilizes all resources available (Taleo, Dice, LinkedIn, Web, Social Media) to build strong candidate pipelines and sources candidates for open positions, proposals, and investment hires.
Determines applicant qualifications by use of phone screens, interviews, comparing qualifications to job requirements and general gathering of feedback through managers and references.
Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules. Verbally extends offer and secures acceptance.
Maintaining a partner network to ensure timely identification of resources
What You Need:
We are looking for a person with 1 to 3 years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience in a management consulting environment.
Agile and organized approach to work.
Ability to handle 15 open positions at a given time.
Ability to technically pre-screen candidates
Proven experience with sourcing top talent.
Quickly establish rapport with candidates and colleagues.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with ATS a plus.
Located within commuting distance to Vienna, VA
Majority of work will be on site.
