Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist / Network Technician with a minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience in technical support, network administration, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end users, resolving technical issues, and maintaining smooth operations of network systems and PC hardware/software.
Required Skills and Experience:
2+ years of experience in advanced computer skills, including personal computers, PC peripherals, and network technical support.
2+ years of experience in troubleshooting computer software and hardware problems.
2+ years of experience with advanced customer service and client support.
2+ years of experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects efficiently.
2+ years of working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
2+ years of strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and end users.
2+ years of desired experience in network administration, including DHCP, DNS, routers, firewalls, etc.
4+ years of demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills in a fast-paced technical environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
Experience in enterprise IT environments.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
