We are looking for an IT Project Manager position at Onsite - Denver, CO. The position details are as follows.

Experience 

• Minimum Experience: 5 years of IT Project Management Experience

• 5 years of project management experience leading Agile development teams

• 5 years of experience requirements gathering, requirements workshop facilitation, and requirements documentation

• 5 years of experience performing systems analysis including systems design, testing, and integration

• Experience with MS Project preferred


Qualifications    

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree.


Certification     

• PMP certification required


Key Responsibilities    

• Creates plans using a WBS, task dependencies, schedules, and critical path. The project manager will work with other DSC IM team members to define and estimate tasks, collect task completion status, maintain the schedule, and communicate project status to the project team and management.

• Leads projects using agile methodologies including the facilitation of sprint meetings. Creates and maintains system roadmaps, project plans, and product and release backlogs that will be the basis for the project work. This role will collect high-level requirements from the Product Owner and communicate them to the Agile team. The role will work together with the team to develop and estimate user stories and establish acceptance criteria which will specify expected functionality for a user story, as well as any non-functional requirements that must be met in the development of the story.

• Gathers and documents requirements for projects. Facilitates requirements gathering workshops and prototyping sessions where needed. Produces requirements documentation appropriate for the project management methodology being used.

• Perform Systems analysis and create systems design alternatives for projects that include new applications, enhancements to existing systems, and system integration projects. Assist in the development of data models, interface element mapping, and systems testing when required.
