Inside Sales Intern
Quickly learn Radiant solution and service areas in order to articulate them both verbally and written.
Support federal and commercial business development workflow.
Support and manage data in HubSpot CRM for all business development and marketing activities, in alignment with the Radiant workflow.
Support data entry and reporting across commercial and federal. Keeping updated on daily basis by working directly with all stakeholders to gather information (Contacts, Deals, Deal Size, Close Date, Companies, Details, etc.) and ensure HubSpot quality data in real time.
Support inside Sales activities – gain solid understanding our digital platforms including social media, specifically LinkedIn.
Support lead generation activities to identify target buyers, then support customized outreach programs to those targeted buyers.
Help maintain lead list from lead generation activities and organize by market segment.
Support research activities – working to identify target companies and leads with in target companies.
Support contact and lead outreach activities via email and calls with script in effort to set meetings.
The required skill needed is:
· Solid understanding of HubSpot and MSFT 365 including One Drive, Outlook, and Office products.
· Solid understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
· Very proficient in speaking and writing English.
· Should have flexible business hours to overlap with US time zones on a regular basis
