About the Role

We’re seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to join our IT support team in Jackson, MS. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for end-user technical issues—resolving problems both remotely and onsite, and ensuring a smooth and productive IT experience for our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on desktops and laptops.

  • Install and configure software and peripheral hardware.

  • Provide remote support using a variety of tools and platforms.

  • Support Microsoft 365 (M365) applications.

  • Assist with hardware deployment and implementation.

  • Perform basic Active Directory user management.

  • Maintain accurate Help Desk records and documentation.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple support requests efficiently.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with users.

Required Skills & Experience

  • âś… 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk environment

  • âś… Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications

  • âś… Experience providing remote technical support

  • âś… Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting and software installation

  • âś… Experience with hardware implementation and deployment

  • âś… Basic knowledge of Active Directory administration

  • âś… Strong communication and organizational skills
