Responsibilities:

Position Requirements

• Ability to direct the group to develop new processes, orchestration and creating new automation

• Ability to develop complex python3, Celery, FastAPI, Ansible, and View.js code

• Ability to use CRUD functions in Mongo and MySQL databases

• Ability to create and present presentations to various management levels

• Ability to lead and manage cross functional groups towards a common result

• Ability to take the lead, develop new ideas, present and defend those ideas

• Ability to coach and develop the group to ensure employees are best positioned for the future • Ability to work independently to achieve objectives

• Ability to demonstrated competency in strategic thinking that results in new ideas that drive the business forward

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work and interact with multiple levels of management

• Results oriented Agile mindset with a strong sense of urgency

• 2+ years’ experience working with Agile practices

• 2+ years’ experience with network automation

• 2+ years’ experience with software development

• Ability to manage multiple critical initiatives at once

• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills

• Strong Presenter

• Track record of handling extremely confidential information appropriately

• Strong software skills in python3, and YAML

• Strong database skills in mongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL

• Strong understanding of software design

• Strong skills in git and gitlab

• Linux background

• Strong docker and swarm skills

• Ansible skills
