Data Analyst with legal EXP

Radiant Digital has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to support one of our top tier client in Washington, DC. The contractor shall provide support in data analytics (including descriptive, data gathering and data mining), large data manipulation, use of data analytic tools. Conduct data requirement sessions, document and perform data pull from structured data sources.
LOCATION: Washington, DC
JOB STATUS: Full-Time
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data mining and data management. Experience working with Legal counsels is a plus!
DESCRIPTION: The candidate will be responsible for:
Ability to translate technical analysis and results for non-technical audiences.
Experience working with subject matter experts in a regulatory environment, topics such as: litigation, depositions, witness/expert witness preparation, cross-examinations; experience using and extracting information from legal review platforms, with quantitative analysis of data from foreign sources, reverse engineering of data formats, and/or calculating damages.
Experience providing technical expertise for non-technical researchers/subject matter experts, using multiple advanced analytical and statistical techniques such as: natural language processing, time-series modeling, predictive modeling, valuation of options and derivatives, sampling, sample size calculations, hypothesis testing, and/or A/B testing.
Performing ad hoc data analysis including modeling.
Working closely with the customer to gather and document project requirements specific to data-driven applications and the manipulation of data for presentation and/or testing.
Proficiency with SQL language (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills and decision-making.
Ability to balance concurrent complex projects.
Familiarity with various types of legal information, including but not limited to coding and health improvement indicators and interventions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
