Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst / BI Developer to support our data analytics and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries, working with large datasets, and using reporting tools like SSIS, SSRS, and/or Power BI.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with complex SQL queries and data analytics.

• 5+ years of experience in SQL troubleshooting and scripting.

• 4+ years of data troubleshooting experience.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SSIS.

• 3+ years of experience with SSRS and/or Power BI.

• 3+ years of experience working directly with stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in data modeling.

• 1+ year of experience with source control systems like GIT or TFS.

• 1+ year of experience working in Agile/Kanban environments.

• 1+ year of scripting experience using PowerShell or similar languages.

• Exposure to AI concepts or tools is a plus.
