Description:

Under direct supervision, acts as primary contact with affiliates, field PSL, and sales personnel. Ensures accurate and timely processing of orders. May create invoices and shipping documentation. Facilitates movements of materials to support PSL operations. Utilizes knowledge of products and processes to service customer needs. Serves as a liaison for communication with field personnel, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, etc. to fill customer requirements. Coordinate's cross- center and vendor supplied orders as required and monitors those shipments. Works with Law Department to ensure export compliance and stays current regarding international material movements and shipping regulations. Requires High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a customer service environment or related PSL experience. Additional experience in areas such as procurement, materials, or logistics is preferred.


Must have experience with the below:

  • 2-4 years' Experience with SAP, processing sales orders, Excel data entry Typing Basic use of email system, Microsoft outlook experience preferred Proper phone etiquette Detailed record-keeping

Preferred job duties: 

  • Assisting with customer service data entry into SAP Assisting with filing and organizing data Assisting with printing and putting together shipping papers

  • No Degree required, but preferred in Supply Chain or Administration
