Minimum Skills Required:
Computer technicians play a pivotal role in the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser's office, where they are entrusted with a range of critical tasks. Tasks include installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing various computing devices and peripherals essential for day-to-day operations. Technicians must also manage tickets efficiently, maintain accurate inventories of assets, and deliver exemplary customer service. Minimum Education & Experience Required :
Completion of 0 semester credits to include 15 semester credits in a computer related field and four (4) Monts of relevant experience is required; or completion of a vocational or trade school program and six (6) months relevant experience; or high school diploma or GED and twelve (12) months of relevant experience is required;
Relevant experience includes supporting, installing, configuring, maintaining, and repair of computing devices and software along with peripheral equipment and software.
